Lid can be cleaned in the dishwasher on the top rack (max 60°C). Hand wash is advisable for the cup to protect the finish and the base.

You can use it for coffee, water or tea. It is not suitable for fizzy drinks, sticky or thick liquids.

Please note, do not lock with liquids above 70°C. Simply leave the lid on, but in the open position for drink to cool down before locking.

It is not safe to put your cup in the microwave or the freezer.

Our cups are designed to be locked and sealed with liquids under 70°c (barista standard serving temp). As this is not a flask, it is not advisable to fill the cup with liquids above 70°c and put it in your bag.

As this is a cup, not a flask the cups will keep your drink hot for up to 1 hour and cold for over 6 hours.

The cup is not a flask, however it is twin-walled and vacuum insulated to keep drinks hot for 1 hour and cold for over 6 hours.

TOPL lids are dishwasher safe  (max 60°C, top shelf) but we advise washing your cup by hand to preserve the surface finish.

Please note that liquid can escape down the sides of the cup if there is any liquid trapped inside the mechanism. To avoid this, do not overfill your cup and do not open and close your lid when the cup is very full as this will draw liquid into the mechanism and can pump it out down the sides.
